1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unassembled, and in original condition
- Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation
A valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Custom-built or made-to-order golf carts
Items marked as final sale
Used or damaged items (unless due to an error on our part)

3. Return Process

Prepare the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Ship the Item: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or sent in error.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you’ll be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please:

Notify us within 7 days of delivery
Provide clear photos and a brief description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost to you
